Our Approach

At Digging Deep, there is no fixed timetable. We believe in empowering young people with the autonomy to choose what activity they get stuck into.

Every session and task has an outcome, providing a real, visible accomplishment. Providing this sense of purpose allows participants to feel and understand their contribution.

Each day ends with a shared meal around our fireplace, giving our young people a chance to talk and share their experiences with one another. That time to socialise, without pressure, is a key part of how we champion personal development
